As the hotel is currently under construction, Mercure Jimbaran will guarantee you an 8% in the first year. From the second year onwards, when the resort is open, investors will receive their returns based on the profit share, which is projected to be at least 13% in year two.
As an investor in Mercure Jimbaran, you are welcome to stay on any date for an 80% discounted rate of the advertised nightly fee. No blackout dates apply.
Fractional ownership is when investors own a percentage of a unit and share usage rights and returns. Fractional options are available in 25%, 50%, and 75% options. If you purchase a 50% fractional, for example, you get 50% of all the revenue and benefits that a full 100% unit buyer would receive.
The construction project is currently 90% completed. Phase 1 is expected to be finished later this year in 2023, while Phase 2 is scheduled to be completed in early 2024.
For phase one, full ownership is available for payment terms of 80% and then on completion a further 20%. For phase 2, Mercure Jimbaran accepts a 30% deposit and then installment payments until construction completion.
