Under the leasehold option, the property is leased for a set period, typically 30 years, with the option to extend the lease in the future. As the hotel is currently under construction, Mercure Jimbaran will guarantee you an 8% in the first year. From the second year onwards, when the resort is open, investors will receive their returns based on the profit share, which is projected to be at least 13% in year two.
As an investor in Mercure Jimbaran, you are welcome to stay on any date for an 80% discounted rate of the advertised nightly fee. No blackout dates apply.
Fractional ownership is when investors own a percentage of a unit and share usage rights and returns. Fractional options are available in 25%, 50%, and 75% options. If you purchase a 50% fractional, for example, you get 50% of all the revenue and benefits that a full 100% unit buyer would receive.
